RATES
You may check the villa rates in the 'book online' option.
All rates are for the whole villa per night. They include VAT and municipal taxes.
They do not include the Climate Change Resilience Tax which you may pay directly to the accommodation by cash or credit card during check-in.
The Resilience Tax is: 2€/night
Breakfast is not included.

Cancellation Policy
31 days or more
The deposit is non refundable even if the cancellation is made 31 days or more before the scheduled date of arrival
30 days or less
The total cost of stay will be charged for cancelations made during the last 30 days before the expected day of arrival

Notice
Written notification is required in order to cancel a confirmed reservation
​
No Show
The total cost of stay will be charged in case of early departures or no show
PAYMENTS
According to GNTO regulations, an initial deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of stay is required to confirm a reservation. The deposit is payable via bank transfer or credit card (Visa/MasterCard, Viva wallet). As soon as the deposit is cleared we will email you the reservation voucher.
The initial deposit is non refundable.
The remaining balance is payable 30 days before the expected day of arrival.
No refunds will be made during the last 30 days before the expected day of arrival.
TRANSFERS
We may arrange any transfer upon request and we will inform you by text message or email about its progress.
AGREEMENT
Upon reservation confirmation, the guest is considered fully aware and in agreement to our policies.
DAMAGES
Please respect the property! If an accidental damage occurs during your stay please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to come into a common agreement regarding its replacement or the reimbursement of its value.
PETS
We truly love animals and the companionship they offer.
However, in order to maintain the care and quality of our home, we are unable to accommodate pets.
